Welcome to our Delta massage therapy clinic! We know that stepping into a new space can be intimidating. Our welcoming environment is designed to help you feel relaxed and comfortable the moment you walk through our doors. We believe that every client deserves to be treated with care and respect. We always aim to foster a connection with our clients so they feel comfortable and confident with their treatment plan.

Please fill out these forms and bring them to your first appointment.

Once you arrive at our clinic in Delta, you will be greeted, asked to submit our intake and consent form (if you haven’t already), and shown to your treatment room. If possible, please either print and fill out your forms beforehand or submit your forms via our Jane booking system as we have moved to a paperless clinic.

We will discuss your health history and concerns related to your treatment including previous injuries and illnesses and previous treatments.

You may be asked to perform some movements and/or simple tasks to assess the function of the area of concern. Assessment may also rule out potentially serious conditions that may require a different medical professional (such as your family doctor).

Your massage therapist will discuss your treatment plan and preferences. You can ask questions and/or make changes based on your comfort level.

It is time for your treatment! Relax and Enjoy. Based on the nature of your concerns, home care activities and/or exercises may be suggested to further promote the healing process.

Yes. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm direct billing services are offered with your policy or plan. Not all policies/plans have the option to direct bills for Massage Therapy services.
Please Note: Consent to direct bill your insurance policy/plan is required prior to direct billing.

Please wear something comfortable that allows the therapist to expose the area to be assessed and treated if required.

Yes! Parking is free. Please use the Sunshine Village Parking lot and underground parking. Alternatively, you may wish to park at Safeway (64th & Scott Rd) and walk to our location (3-5 min walk).

Of course! While we recommend multiple sessions to experience the best benefits for your conditions (especially if they are recurring or ongoing), one time sessions are fine with the exception of ICBC claims. Please see our ICBC claims section for more information.

As of April 6th 2023 the Provincial Government had dropped the mask requirement in medical settings.
Please know that Masks are still available within the clinic for both RMT if requested.
