Yes! Parking is free. Please use the Sunshine Village Parking lot and underground parking. Alternatively, you may wish to park at Safeway (64th & Scott Rd) and walk to our location (3-5 min walk).

Thank you for booking with us! If you need to cancel or move your appointment, 24 hours of advanced notice is required.
Cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full appointment fee for missed appointments. Please talk to our Administrative staff (or your RMT) if you have any questions or concerns about canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Yes, we do!
Please confirm with your insurance provider that direct billing is available under your policy, and check for any limits or deductible requirements.
Not all policies or plans offer direct billing for Massage Therapy.
As a courtesy, our clinic provides direct billing to third-party insurers.
However, if your insurer denies the claim on the date of service or if there is a technical issue with the insurance portal, full payment will be required at the time of service.
You may then seek reimbursement from your insurer through manual submission.
Please note, our cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
Important: Your consent is required for us to direct bill your insurance policy or plan.

If you are parking in the Sunshine Village underground parking lot, there are wheelchair accessible parking stalls and an elevator. Inside our building, there are wheelchair accessible washrooms available.
To better serve you feel free to contact us directly and we can ensure your Massage Therapy appointment will be set up to accommodate all your needs.

Unfortunately, no. Your appointment is booked for you, so we still require a minimum of 24 hours notice to make any changes to your appointment. We need this time to update any billing information in time for the appointment.

Yes, all of our Therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMT's) and licensed to practice in the Province of British Columbia.

Health History
Overall, the health history for Massage Therapy is a comprehensive record of your medical and personal background that helps the Massage Therapist (RMT) understand your current condition and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs.Assessment
Your RMT will assess what is relevant to your concern and what is clinically indicated for Massage Therapy treatment. They may also provide an orthopedic or mobility assessment to better determine any functional limitations or health concerns and have you fill out a questionnaire if necessary.Plan of Action
Your RMT will discuss your treatment plan and preferences. You can ask questions and make changes to your treatment plan at any time and in consideration of your level of comfort.Treatment
Your RMT will explain how to prepare for the treatment and check in with you along the way.Home Care Recommendations
At the end of your session, your RMT will recommend things you can do at home to improve your overall health and wellness or provide information specific to your concerns. Your RMT can recommend therapeutic exercise, mobility & movement exercises, hydrotherapy treatments, stretches and/or refer you to another Allied Health Practitioner (if indicated).

As of April 6th 2023 the Provincial Government had dropped the mask requirement in medical settings.

Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. The clinic requires 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the clinic fee schedule.
Please call to reschedule your appointment if you're feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms that could be contagious (fever, rash, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, coughing).

If you anticipate being late it is important that you communicate with us by calling or emailing the clinic.
Your RMT will do their best to provide as much care as they can for the remainder of your appointment time.
The full fee for your appointment time will be charged. Please speak directly to your RMT if you have any questions or concerns.
